To qualify for resident rates, please provide your City of Saginaw Water Bill.
Facility Rental Times must include set-up and clean-up. No early entry allowed.

Facility Rentals
All indoor rental requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
All Recreation Center rentals require a 2-hour minimum.
All Joyce Spindor Community Center rentals require a 3-hour minimum.
All rental deposits are refundable if no damage occurs to the rental area and the cleaning checklist is complete. Rental of ALL indoor facilities require a staff rental attendant. ($15/hrly mandatory fee for after-business hour rentals and $25/hrly on holidays mandatory fee after-business hours)

Pavilion rentals are perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, company picnics and more. We currently offer six pavilions located throughout the city for rent. To see a list of pavilions available to rent click here and select pavilions under categories.
Pavilion rentals are for the pavilions only and does not include exclusive use of the playground or park amenities.
*All Pavilions are first come first serve unless there is a reservation. Proof of a reservation may be required.*
**Due to the reconstruction of Knowles near the Willow Creek Softball Field, there will be no rentals until further notice.**
Fees: The rental fee is $15 per hour. A receipt for day and time of rental will be given when payment is made. Should someone be on the field at the time of your reservation, your receipt of payment will serve as proof of your reservation. Bases are not included in your reservation.
Light Fees: To obtain lights a cash deposit of $50 for a light key is required. The fee for lights is $30. The $50 light key deposit is refundable with the return of the light key. The light key turns on the lights; lights go off when key is turned off. Deposit and payment must be made at the Recreation Center at 633 W. McLeroy Blvd.
Inclement Weather: There will be no refunds for ball field reservations. In case of inclement weather you may reschedule use of the field. Determination of whether the field is playable is strictly at the discretion of the Parks Department. Every effort will be made to reschedule any reservation, canceled due to inclement weather.
