2010
CENSUS - WE'RE COUNTING ON YOU!:
The City of Saginaw has partnered with the Census
Bureau to promote the 2010 Census in our community.
The 2010 Census will take place on April 1, 2010.
Questionnaires will be sent to every address in the
nation. Questionnaires will be mailed one to three
weeks before Census Day, April 1, 2010. Residents
are asked to complete the questionnaire and mail it
back to the Census Bureau. For more

BULKY
BRUSH PICK-UP:
Brush and tree limbs are picked
up twice a year, on the second week of April and October.
The next pick-up will begin the week of April 12, 2010. Brush must be out by the
curb by 7:00 a.m. on Monday, April 12. It takes several days for
the trucks to canvass the entire city. Brush and limbs
bundled and not longer than four (4) feet in length or over 50
pounds will be picked up with regular garbage service. For more info,

RUN
THE RAILS 5k and 1 MILE CHOO CHOO FUN RUN:
The Saginaw Chamber of Commerce and
the City of Saginaw are offering a 5k run/walk and 1
Mile Fun Run on Saturday, June 5 beginning at
8:00 a.m. The race begins at the Saginaw
Recreation Center, runs through beautiful Willow
Creek Park, and then returns to the Saginaw
Recreation Center. A portion of the proceeds from
the race will benefit the Saginaw Chamber/Eagle
Mountain Saginaw I.S.D. Scholarship Fund. For more info,
