Blazing Hospitality Development

By definition, Redevelopment is described as “the action or process of developing something again or differently”. The work of redevelopment is taxing and time-consuming, but it is worth it because you are respecting your history and what got you to this point. One of the top priorities of our residents, city councils from the past as well as current city councils has been the redevelopment of older business areas in Saginaw. This property defines that.

The City of Saginaw is proud to announce the groundbreaking of a new commercial development at 1005 N. Saginaw Blvd. After being vacant for many years and producing minimal property values, the previously dilapidated building is set to be replaced by a modern, state-of-the-art facility that will house four businesses, including the internationally renowned Tim Hortons Coffee, Bakery, and Café! With the addition of Firehouse Subs, Liquor Land, and another commercial business soon to be announced, this development marks a significant increase in property value and sales tax revenue for the area. Thank you to the owners and developers of Blazing Hospitality for their investment in our community. Welcome to Saginaw, Texas!
