"A Jersey Girl in a Texas World" is an article by Erin Camensky written March 8, 2020 introduces us to G's Brunch Truck. "Gina Vega grew up in Roselle, NJ and moved to Texas in 2010. She was inspired to start her own food truck, bringing New Jersey staples like Taylor ham and Sabrett hot dogs to DFW. Taylor ham is the concoction of pork and spices is sliced similarly to bologna then grilled and added to your favorite sandwich. G's offers a Taylor ham breakfast sandwich, a grilled Taylor ham and cheese or a breakfast bowl topped with the savory meat. Sabrett hot dogs are the famous hot dogs sold on nearly every New York City corner from street carts. They are known for the "snap" that their natural casing creates and their wonderfully smoky and garlicky flavor. If you want a true New York dog, try one, or two, with sauerkraut and spicy mustard. Vega also serves an array of Philly cheesesteaks. Her beef hot dogs and Taylor ham is shipped from New York and New Jersey. ENJOY!
