This small neighborhood park is comfortably nestled in the Rancho North Addition on the corner of Opal Street and Mustang Drive.  This community park includes: 

• New children's playground area
• Two small covered picnic areas

In May 2004, the City of Saginaw officially rededicated / renamed this park from Opal Street Park to Opal Jo Jennings Memorial Park.
