HELLO SAGINAW! Thanks for checking us out. Have you ever walked up to a Smoked BBQ Food Trailer and wonder "Where's the smoke?" Not here at PitBoss Red's! We don't serve crock pot BBQ but only true Texas Style the way it was intended. Not only will you smell the goodness before you order, you can actually see the pit its coming from. We serve up some Pretty Dang Good BBQ every Saturday here at the Saginaw Switchyard. Come try some of our award winning Brisket and maybe venture out to try our signature sandwiches like The Chuck Norris or The Tuxedo. We also sell by the pound!
