The Saginaw Beautification Committee and the Parks Advisory Board partnered together to purchase a new Christmas Light Feature to be displayed in one of our Parks every year. The "Saginaw Express" is a train theme with a railroad crossing sign, snow flakes and lots of lights.
This project was funded by the voluntary water bill donation to the Beautification Fund and the Parks Fund. Stop by Willow Creek Park to take a look at your money well spent.
