The race begins at the Saginaw Recreation Center, runs through beautiful Willow Creek Park, and then returns to the Recreation Center. The course is flat and fast with several water stations. This event is managed by the City of Saginaw. Run the Rails proudly benefits Community Link Mission of Saginaw and the Eagle Mountain/Saginaw I.S.D. Education Foundation. Run the Rails 5k is professionally timed by RunTIME Racing Services.

- DID YOU KNOW?: Each year, we partner with the Eagle Mountain/Saginaw I.S.D. to design our award medals for the runners. The past few years, we’ve worked specifically with the experts (students) at the Hollenstein Career and Technology Center (EMS-ISD).
