eCourt (Zoom Hearing)

City of Saginaw Municipal Court is now conducting Virtual Court hearings via video conference with the Prosecutor and or Judge through the use of ZOOM. To request a Virtual Court hearing you may do so by contacting the court directly at (817) 232-4640.

You must have the following for Virtual Court:

  • Good email address and phone number
  • Internet connection
  • PC, tablet, etc. with built in webcam, mic and speakers to allow to hear what the Judge or Prosecutor is saying to you.

At your Virtual Court appearance, you can:

  • Request a trial by Judge or jury. You will be able to speak with the Prosecutor. Please note that Trials may not be able to be held via Virtual Court and may require the Defendant to appear in person at 333 W. McLeroy Saginaw Texas 76179
  • Enter a plea of GUILTY or NO CONTEST. All pleas entered in court virtually are legal and binding, and defendants have the same rights and responsibilities as if the plea had been entered in open court. Defendants who plead guilty or no contest via virtual court have the same opportunities for payment plans, compliance dismissals, driver safety course, or deferred disposition.

** Avoid background noise 

**Turn off and put away any and all distractions (texting, driving, social media) 

** Proper respect for the Court process shall be adhered at all times

Once you join, you will immediately be placed in a waiting room to see the Prosecutor and or Judge Please be prepared to be patient with us and know you will be selected in the order you joined in. Please know we will efficiently and effectively handle your citation as soon as possible.
