Shotokon Karate
Students will be learning traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate consisting of offensive and defensive moves, sparring, self-defense, alertness, Jujitsu basic techniques, throws and escapes. This class builds self-esteem, body confidence and mind coordination. This class meets on Tuesday and Saturday.

Yawara Judo
Judo is the art of throwing, holding down, strangulation and the breaking of joints. The class teaches self defense, self discipline, self confidence, respect for others and respect for property. The class head instructor has an 8th degree black belt in Judo, a 6th degree black belt in Jujitsu and a 1st rank in Tae Kwon Do.

Kung Fu
The American Chinese Martial Arts Federation is a network of schools throughout the United States and Canada dedicated to the teaching of Preying Mantis Kung Fu, a traditional Chinese martial arts system with a lineage that can be traced back hundreds of years to the Shaolin Temples of China. Preying Mantis is a “complete system” martial art with practical self defense applications using hands, palms, fists, elbows, knees, kicks, joint locks and throws.

Kung Fu for Kids/Teens
Kung Fu is a martial art that gets kids involved!  This traditional martial art is not only fun but an effective way to learn self-defense.

    • Fee: $30 a month
    • Monday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm
    • Thursdays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm
