Juveniles -
All juveniles (under the age of 17) are required
to appear with their parent/guardian before the Municipal Court Judge regarding
their citation. (Check Judge’s Hours) Failure of a parent/guardian to appear
with a juvenile constitutes a separate misdemeanor offense by the parent.
Juveniles who fail to appear in court may have an additional charge of failure
to appear filed against them and their driver’s license will be suspended. All
juveniles will be held accountable for their actions.
