Back by popular demand, the City of Saginaw Community Services Department is once again offering our Summer “Camp Kids-R-Awesome.” This year, we are offering exciting activities such as: physical education activities, dance classes, martial arts classes, cooking classes, field trips, swimming at the Saginaw Aquatic Center, and much more! This camp will be limited to the first 100 kids, so be sure you make your plans now.
REGISTRATION: Begins Monday, April 1, 2019
WHEN: June 3 through August 9
TIME: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Saginaw Recreation Center, 633 West McLeroy Blvd.
AGES: 5-11 years
ADMISSION: $100 per child/per week PLUS a 1 time $50 registration fee
($75 registration fee if you register after April 30th)

The City of Saginaw offices will be closed on Friday, April 19, 2019 in observance of Good Friday. Also, your garbage/trash and recycling schedule will not be affected. PLEASE NOTE: The Saginaw City Secretary’s office will be open on Friday, April 19, 2019 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for election related business only.

The Annual Saginaw Fire Department’s Easter Egg Hunt originally scheduled for April 13th has been RESCHEDULED to Saturday, April 20th due to potential inclement weather this coming weekend.
The event is held at the southern end of Willow Creek Park between W. McLeroy Blvd. and Longhorn Rd. and begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.. The “hunt” is for ages 0 to 10. The Easter Bunny is scheduled to make an appearance.

Join us on Saturday, April 27th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the Saginaw Library Boosters Annual Spring "Book and Bake Sale". Hardback and paperback fiction and non-fiction books, DVDs, CDs, baked goods, and crafted bookmarks will all be on sale in a goal to raise funds to help support the Saginaw Public Library's programs and services.
